Biography
In 2002 she graduated from Odessa National University. І.І. Mechnikova with a diploma of a specialist in “Pharmaceutical Chemistry” and qualified as a chemist, pharmacist.
In 2013 she defended her dissertation on the specialty 02.00.02 – analytical chemistry, on “Determination of preservatives and antioxidants using sensitized luminescence of lanthanide ions” in the specialized scientific council D 41.219.01 О.В. Bogatsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Odessa.
Since 2016, Associate Professor of Food Chemistry. Teaches the following disciplines: “Chemistry” (SVO Bachelor, specialty 142 Energy Engineering, 144 Heat Power Engineering), “Chemistry of Nature” “(SVO Bachelor, specialty 101 Ecology),
Scientific achievement Liventsova OO is 160 scientific works, of which 135 – scientific and 22 – educational and methodological nature, including 80 scientific publications, 53 of them in professional journals, 3 – in leading publications of other countries, 26 patents for inventions and utility models, 1 monograph, which was published in Germany “Luminescent analysis of food products.”
Liventsova OO has a total scientific and pedagogical experience of 17 years. Since 2014 – Liventsova OO holds the position of head of the department of postgraduate and doctoral studies of the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies.
Liventsova OO passed an internship in 2017 at the Technical University – Varna (Varna, Bulgaria), topic: “Organization of the educational process, innovative methods and technologies of education in higher education institutions in Bulgaria.”
Research interests: use of sensitized luminescent ion luminescence in food quality control
